Date: 2016
Location: Porto, Portugal
Area: 100 m²

The space was raw, the only existing divisions were the bathroom, the small kitchenette and the longitudinal store room.

In the "openspace" three spaces were created: an office, a meeting room and a large room with seven workstations.

The work room is defined by the extension of the corridor and by the limit of other offices’ s glass partitions. The walls that extend the corridor consist of vertical wooden slats, creating a slight transparency between the two spaces.

At the end of the corridor there is a small hall, which marks the entrance to the meeting room and extends the space of the small kitchenette.

The remaining spaces also connect with the new image of the apartment, especially the living room that, having simpler lines and lighter colors now, manages to stand out and value the surrounding landscape.
